Bot for the site of the Network of centers for children's technical creativity

Task

Help the user make decisions faster by reducing the uncertainty of choice. Provide post-click optimization, that is, make work with the content and interface of the site, simplifying the steps to the target action: recording for a trial lesson.

Result

• Over 115 responses were made by the bot for 18 potential customers in the first month after the bot was launched.
• The conversion on the site increased by 40% compared with the period when there was no chat bot
• They gave a good mood to some users of the website, they liked the picture of the robot :)
