Chat bot for RANEPA website

Task

Ensure the flow of new students to the University from the website. Redirect to the site of interested persons regarding the information provided on the website, reducing the time of informing the employee of the University.

Result

• Were more than 4,000 responses the bot to 1328 students in the first year after starting the bot
• Reduced the time of personal information to employees participating in the introductory company by 40-60% on frequently asked questions through the use of chat bots
• The number of interested persons who ask questions personally, answers to which can be given by a chatbot, has been reduced by a third (no more than 5 calls per day)
